Description

A quick painting to practice underwater objects. A giant octopus and a skubadiver. I might refine the main leg that is coming towards us because the cups look odd. I losely followed a photo refernce from yahoo images. A purple octopus, I had to change the lighting 180 degrees. The photo image the lighting is coming directly at the octupos, I wanted it behind him.

I really like this! The colors you chose and the blurriness really add to the quality. I also like the way you did the octopus. i don't think it needs any more work on the arm as much a I wish there was more definition on the head. i think the eyes are set a little askew, but its hard to tell because you have done a great job with the atmospheric perspective.
